"To start, I am not the kind of guy who gives out very good reviews where they are not deserved. That being said I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Stephanie to help purchase my first home. From the first time we met at a house I knew it was going to be easy to work with Stephanie, she was very personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable about her career. When walking though houses she would point out things to watch out for that may be a problem in the near or far future. She would also point out small things you may not consider, especially as a first time home buyer, such as yard size, electrical boxes, hvac units, ect. This made me feel as if she actually wanted to help me find the home that was truly right for me, not something to settle in just so she could make more money. Through my process we ran into several hurdles along the way(none which were her fault) just things with the seller, etc. As each new hurdle arose, Stephanie was there to back me up, and also there to check on me to always see how the situation was going and to make sure things were heading the right direction. In the end Stephanie was able to help me purchase the house that I wanted. I can honestly say I cannot be happier with my decision and I owe a huge thanks to Stephanie with all her help and expertise. I strongly recommend Stephanie if you are looking for a great Realtor, I know if I am ever back in the market I will be working with her again."
